Job Requirements:
- CF-L1 (CF-L2+ Preferred)
- Current CPR and AED certifications
- Experience managing time & flow of group Crossfit classes
- A desire to learn and grow as a CrossFit trainer
Role and Responsibilities:
Coaching Responsibilities:
- Coach an average of 16 classes per week - mornings, afternoons, evenings, & Saturdays
- Lead weekly on-ramps for new potential members
- Be an integrated part of the Crossfit Providence community
- Dedicate one hour per week to continued education
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform quarterly safety checks
- Organize equipment as needed
- Bathroom and locker room management
- Keep the Head Coach up-to-date on equipment replacement and repairs
- Attend a biweekly coaches meeting on Thursday at 9am
- Post the WODs on Wodify
This is a non-hourly, salaried position. In addition to your salary, we also offer:
