Position:
Head Coach
Introduction:
Overland Park CrossFit is seeking a head coach to provide the highest possible quality of coaching to our members. The head coach will be responsible for managing daily operations and providing a safe and enjoyable training environment.
Compensation:
- $48,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience)
- Health Insurance Stipend
- Additional pay will be available for a variety of collateral assignments such as: Personal Training, Advertisement Sales, Specialty Programs, Apparel Design, Etc.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
Our coaches are expected to make a positive contribution to Overland Park CrossFit. They are to be a positive influence on gym members and promote community within the gym.
Minimum Requirements:
- CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate
- Minimum six months of coaching experience

Training:
Once hired, you will enter into our training program. This program will transition you from job shadowing to running all facets of day-to-day operations.
