Racked is a boutique fitness experience that builds strong, aesthetic, and sexy bodies. Using weight-based, progressive overload training under the guidance of knowledgeable coaches, Racked is designed to produce long-lasting results in a safe and supportive environment. Our Racked coaches are driven, passionate, professionals intent on becoming masters of their craft. Their teamwork mixed with inherent knowledge and commitment ensures all sessions are a high quality training experience for every member.
Implement daily class workouts
Motivate and interact with studio members before, during and after class sessions
Instruct and demonstrate each movement in the workout
Ability to explain, modify, regress, and progress movements performed as needed to keep members safe and challenge them appropriately
Communicate, lead and maintain organization in a loud and often chaotic environment
Understand and demonstrate safe practices when coaching in a group setting
Represent RACKED both inside and outside of the studio and actively participate in member engagement
Ability to lift and move weights, benches, and other equipment (weighing up to 100lbs) to their appropriate storage locations
Clean off equipment and high-use areas after each session
Report to facility director of broken, worn, dirty equipment that needs maintenance (i.e., bent dumbbells, barbells needing more grease in the collars)
