About the Role:
As the Director of Sports Performance, you’ll play a vital role in coaching athletes and leading our coaching staff to ensure an exceptional client experience. Your expertise in sports performance will be key in conducting training sessions, mentoring coaches, and connecting with athletes. We’re excited to see the leadership and vision you’ll bring to our team!
Your Role:
- Lead dynamic training sessions with predesigned programming while ensuring high-quality coaching delivery.
- Train and mentor coaching staff to enhance their effectiveness and performance.
- Open and close the facility, overseeing all programming communications.
- Deliver excellent service during training, performance testing, and large events.
- Engage with parents of current and prospective members to foster strong relationships.
- Collect and communicate performance data to track athlete progress.
What You’ll Need:
- 1-2 years of experience in sports performance coaching with athletes under 18.
- Current NSCA-CSCS or NASM-PES certification.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships within the community.
- A strong work ethic and a genuine passion for sports, health, and human performance.
- A motivational, knowledgeable, and positive attitude.
- An upbeat, polite, and patient demeanor, embodying the qualities of a fitness professional.
