Key Roles of the Position:

• Coach personalized and energetic small group training sessions
• Create a friendly atmosphere for the customer where everyone knows their name
• Take a stake in your client's success: providing accountability to their goals, guidance on how to get there, and support on their journey.
• Be a leader. Be a champion of our club culture, hold team to high standards of sales and service, and lead by example.
