ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:
Get In Shape For Women is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable personal trainer to join our team in our Porter Square studio. We are looking for a part-time trainer with room to grow. Hours and clients are guaranteed.
Our comprehensive transformation program combines strength and cardio training, along with nutritional guidance, and accountability. The small group setting creates a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients to achieve their fitness goals.
We empower women through body transformation. That's who we are and what we're passionate about. As a Get In Shape For Women transformation coach, you will train, motivate, and support our clients to reach fitness goals they never thought possible.
The program consist of 4 Components:
Weight Training – to develop muscle and increase metabolism
Cardio – to increase calorie and fat burn and hearth health
Nutrition - we help clients customize meal plans specific to their goals
Accountability – weekly weigh-ins and monthly body-fat assessments
It’s the SUM of ALL 4 Components. If you take one out it just doesn’t work!
Our workouts consist of 25-minutes of strength training exercises, followed by 27- minutes of progressive aerobic conditioning on treadmills and cross trainers. Each session has up to 4 women at a time.
