Looking for an assistant personal training manager who will be a key member of our leadership team by driving success in club operations and managing a team of personal trainers at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

Position Overview
The assistant personal training manager who supports a high-performance, high-care culture that operates with speed and urgency in delivering results through member integration, programming, and development.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team members
Meet both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club
Administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience through demonstrating, coaching, and guiding with the goal of acquiring personal training clients
Ability to generate personal training client leads and new clients for the team
Counsel and guide members using the 4 Pillars of Fitness - Nutrition, Movement, Supplementation and Professional Assistance, in a manner consistent with their goals
Ensure accurate administration of PT services including, but not limited to,dotFIT program and supplements, client programming, and progress tracking
Isolate, align, and direct resources informed by KPIs & organizational priorities with PTM assistance
Provide excellent customer service by responding to all member inquiries within 24 hours
Report to the General Manager and Personal Training Manager on key results and action plans
Attend all required meetings/trainings for PT staff
Maintain accurate time clock and personal training session utilization records for proper labor controls and integrity
Required Skills & Experience
1-2 years of personal training experience preferred
CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
Prior management experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred
Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required
Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust
Must have basic understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers
Certification required in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications:
American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
Certified Personal Trainer
Health Fitness Specialist
American Council on Exercise (ACE)
Personal Trainer Certification
The Cooper Institute
Personal Trainer Certification

Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs
Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking
