Creating & Managing Listings
Do I have to register to create listings?

Yes. You must be a registered user to create listings. Registration is free.

What category should I put my listing In?

Choose the category that best fits.

How do I stop my job posting from running?
From the My Account page, click on the "Stop" link to the left of the posting.
Can I edit a job listing once it’s posted?
Yes. You can edit your listings from the My Account page by clicking on the “Jobs” button and then click the pencil icon to edit the listing.
Do I have to fill out all the fields of the job posting?
No, many fields are optional. The required fields are marked with a red circle with an arrow, all other details are optional.
How do I search resumes?
Click on “My Account” on the top left. From the employment category select “Search Resumes.”
Can I upload a resume but make it private?
Yes. If you set your resume to private, no current or prospective employer will see your resume but YOU will be able to apply for jobs using it.

Registration
Do I have to register to use the site?

No. You can browse and search ads without registering. You should still register, to save time, as the site will remember various preferences for you. If you want to create ads, you will need to register. Registration is FREE.

Who can I contact if I have additional questions?
Questions about registration and using the job can be directed to Support@acefitness.org. Employers interested in partnerships can contact National.Accounts@acefitness.org.
Can I use my My ACE Account credentials to log in?
No. You will need to create a new account on the Job Board by clicking “Sign Up” in the top righthand corner.
What if I forget my password?

Remember that your login credentials are different from your My ACE account login information. If you forget your password, select "Login" on the top right-hand corner of any page and select “Forgot your password?” Allow 15 minutes for instructions to reset your password to be sent to the email associated with your Job Board account.
