Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Certified Personal Trainer to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and fitness, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have the flexibility to work with a diverse clientele and team members. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and equipment in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized fitness programs tailored to clients’ specific needs, goals, and abilities.
• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring safe and effective exercise practices.
• Utilize Styku 3D imaging and KORR reevue for metabolic testing to assess and track clients’ progress.
• Collaborate with our team of professionals, including nutritionists, health coaches, and massage therapists, to provide a holistic approach to client wellness.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest fitness trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to motivate and inspire them.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities and utilize unlimited CEUs to stay current in the field.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.
• Represent Prestige Fitness with professionalism and integrity, embodying our commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
• Certification from a recognized personal training organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Experience with or willingness to learn about STIQ Core review for metabolic testing.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with other fitness and health professionals.
