The Opportunity
We’re looking for a nationally certified personal trainer to join our team on a contracted basis. You’ll step into a ready-made clientele and have the autonomy to grow your client roster at the pace that suits you. Because our approach is exclusively 1:1 and 1:2, you’ll be empowered to tailor every session for individual client needs—focusing on safe, sustainable strength-building over quick fixes or trends.
What You’ll Do
Deliver 1:1 & 1:2 Training: Create and guide clients through personalized workout programs that emphasize functional movement, correct form, and progressive overload.
Focus on Client Success: Meet clients where they are—whether they’re new to fitness, overcoming injuries, or honing performance for a favorite sport.
Uphold Our Approach: We believe in “less but better.” Select effective exercises that minimize risk and maximize results, so clients feel stronger without excessive fatigue.
Foster Community: Collaborate with your fellow trainers to provide a welcoming, judgment-free environment that supports both clients and teammates.
Stay Current: Our NASM affiliation means we value ongoing support for continuing education. Take advantage of these opportunities to refine your expertise.
Qualifications
Nationally Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
Movement Mastery: Understand and demonstrate proper form for compound and functional movements
Goal-Oriented Programming: Comfortable setting client goals, tracking progress, and making nutrition/macro recommendations as needed
Team Spirit: We’re a close-knit community, so being team-oriented and respectful is essential
Attention to Detail: Personalized training requires careful planning and consistent follow-through, whether in programming or in online schedule maintenance
Client-Focused Mindset: You’re driven by seeing your clients succeed and enjoy problem-solving to overcome their obstacles
Experience: 3+ years in the industry preferred, but we welcome passionate newcomers who fit our approach
Schedule & Compensation
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour (depending on years of experience, and including quarterly bonuses)
Expected Hours: 10–30 per week (based on your availability and capacity)
Work Location: In-person at our Epping, NH studio
Schedule: Epping location - afternoons; Greenland location - mornings and afternoons
