Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead rowing classes of up to 22 participants
  • Teach safe, proper rowing form and technique
  • Foster an energetic, inclusive atmosphere
  • Provide personalized feedback and motivation
  • Support members in achieving fitness goals
Qualifications
  • Passion for boutique fitness; fitness certification (NASM, AFAA, ACE, etc.) preferred
  • Exceptional communication and energy, with the ability to connect and empathize
  • Indoor rowing experience a plus (not required)
  • Must submit a brief demo video
Training & Development
  • Online Prep: Row House University video/reading (compensated)
  • Live In-Studio: hands-on training + test-out class   
Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: $13 (for administrative/prep tasks)
  • Class Base Rate: $20 per class
  • Incentive: $2 per seat filled above 50% capacity
  • Referral Bonus: $10 for each new member
