- Coach our Group CrossFit classes with demonstrations of proper form and technique.
- Review, understand, and come prepared to deliver high-quality coaching with the workout of the day.
- Provide feedback and cues for athlete improvement and safety.
- Uphold and adhere to Magnolia CrossFit’s high cleanliness and sanitation standards.
1 year of coaching experience is preferred.
- Willing to train for the right candidates.
CrossFit experience is required.
- You need to know the movements, methodology, and how a class runs if you're going to coach it.
