Responsibilities:
- Conduct CrossFit classes and provide instruction to participants
- Develop and implement effective workout programs based on individual fitness levels and goals
- Demonstrate proper techniques and form for exercises and movements
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals
- Provide guidance and support during workouts to ensure safety and proper execution
- Educate participants on the principles of CrossFit and the benefits of functional fitness
- Modify exercises as needed to accommodate different fitness levels or limitations
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area
Requirements:
- Certified CrossFit Coach (at least L-1) with a strong knowledge of CrossFit methodologies and principles
- Experience in fitness sales or customer service is a plus
- Proficient in leading group fitness classes
- Solid understanding of exercise physiology and anatomy
- Ability to provide personalized training and modifications for individuals with different fitness levels or limitations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate participants
- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan and execute workouts
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
