Job Summary:
MECA Chicago - North Shore is seeking an entry-level Assistant Strength Coach (0-2 years experience).

Job Description:
Under the supervision of our Head Strength Coach, you will be responsible for your clients’ results. Working with 10-15 clients, you will perform 30-35 sessions per week delivering exceptional coaching through each lift and exercise. You will be responsible for the proper execution of your clients’ programming and will demonstrate care by providing every client with a world class training experience.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in a related field
Competitive sports background preferred
Coursework in anatomy, physiology, and biology preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
Desire to transform lives by educating clients on health and wellness topics
Available for full-time employment during all business hours, Monday through Saturday
We are located in Northfield, IL. Candidate must be able to reliably commute or planning to relocate (Required)
