Availability: Needham location
- FitCoach
- Part-time position available with potential for growth and full-time
- Range from 15 to 25 hours per week to start, with room for expansion for the right person
- Growth: potential to advance to Master FitCoach/Club Manager/Program Manager
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Building relationships with our members. Learning names!
- Coaching members through workouts, providing encouragement and guidance.
- Presenting membership options and enrolling members.
- Communicating with members and prospects via email and phone
- Facility upkeep; ie cleaning, minor equipment maintenance, repairs, etc.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience:
- Previous sales or retail experience, especially in fitness, preferred.
- Personal Training Certification or experience in the fitness industry is a PLUS!
- Employees must earn Koko FitCoach Certification within 60 days of start date; training provided.
- High school diploma required. College education preferred but not required.
Requirements
- A passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is a must.
- Must be outgoing, friendly and energetic with excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with technology and able to learn our tech-driven fitness products and equipment.
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
