AB Fitness is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and motivated Fitness Manager to join our team!
As a leading privately owned personal training gym with three locations (East Meadow, Oyster Bay, and Massapequa) in Long Island, we are experiencing significant growth and need a strong leader to help guide our team. With an influx of new clients seeking instruction, we need YOU to lead our trainers and ensure an exceptional experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily gym operations, ensuring a positive atmosphere for clients and staff.
- Develop and implement training programs that emphasize perfect exercise form and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of personal trainers, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance overall gym performance.
Requirements:
✅ Must be a cheerleader at heart but a drill sergeant in execution
✅ Must possess a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE and love working with people
✅ Must be committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals
✅ Must be willing to travel between facilities
✅ Must be punctual. ALWAYS
Hours: Early mornings (6 AM - 11 AM) and evenings (4 PM - 8 PM).
