We are seeking an experienced and certified fitness or yoga instructor to join our team as an independent contractor. This individual will design and lead classes that align with our mission to provide exceptional wellness services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality fitness or yoga classes tailored to various skill levels.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivational environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe space for all participants.
- Communicate effectively with participants to understand their goals and provide modifications as needed.
- Collaborate with management to schedule classes and align with business goals.
Requirements:
- Certification in yoga (RYT 200 or equivalent) or fitness (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
- Experience leading group classes (1+ years preferred).
- Liability insurance (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals.
Compensation:
This is an independent contractor position with competitive pay based on experience and class attendance.
