Do you have a passion for coaching, fitness, and community? Evansville CrossFit is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Coach to lead classes, inspire members, and contribute to our thriving gym culture!
Qualifications:
✔️ CF-L1 required (CF-L2 or higher preferred)
✔️ Experience with CrossFit and/or functional fitness
✔️ Available for morning and evening classes (10-20 classes per week)
Key Responsibilities:
🏋️ Coaching & Member Support
- Lead dynamic and engaging CrossFit classes.
- Teach Foundations classes for new members.
- Arrive 10 minutes early to greet members and set up for class.
- Monitor attendance and follow up with low-attendance members.
- Lead by example—train at the facility and be an active part of the community.
- Assist in new coach development and ongoing education.
🖥️ Administrative
- Use Wodify to manage member profiles.
- Keep the gym website updated.
- Fill out the Foundations sheets for all new members.
- Monitor and help organize monthly challenges.
🛠️ Facility Maintenance & Growth
- Keep the gym clean and maintain the equipment.
- Communicate equipment needs to the owner.
- Attend monthly staff meetings.
