Our dynamic fitness classes, centered around heavy bag-based boxing and strength training, empower up to 40 members to conquer their goals. We're on a mission to motivate, uplift, and throw a punch at whatever life throws at us.

What We're Looking For:
- Passion and Experience: 1+ years of group fitness experience and a flair for on-stage performance and or the ability to command a room
- Boxing Enthusiast (Preferred): While boxing experience is preferred, it's not a knockout requirement
- CPR and AED Certification (Preferred): Safety first, always
- Physical Fitness Know-How: Understand the principles of physical fitness and proper exercise techniques
- Strength and Stamina: Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work early mornings or evenings, and weekends
- Must work a minimum of 2-3 classes per week
Your Responsibilities:
- On-Brand Classes: Prepare and deliver on-brand classes using our daily programming
- Connect and Engage: Arrive early and stay post-class to connect with our team and members
- Professional Development: Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops
- Lead by Example: Work out alongside members during class to amplify the energy
- Team Player: Assist the front of the house with pre- and post-class responsibilities
Approved Certifications:
- ACSM, ACE, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.
