Pop Life is seeking dynamic, passionate, and skilled Fitness Instructors to lead high-energy, results-driven classes in our Mind-Body Connection Department. Whether your expertise is in HIIT, cardio, bootcamp-style training, dance fitness, strength, or functional movement, we’re looking for instructors who bring intensity, motivation, and community-driven energy to every class.
We’re not just looking for someone to count reps—we need leaders who inspire, push students to level up, and create a class experience that keeps people coming back. If you love fitness, thrive in a group training atmosphere, and want to be part of a supportive wellness community, this is for you.
This is a freelance/contract position, with opportunities for regular group classes, workshops, and specialty fitness events.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead challenging, effective, and engaging group fitness classes tailored to a variety of fitness levels.
- Provide proper instruction on form, technique, and injury prevention.
- Keep classes fun, dynamic, and motivating, ensuring a great experience for all participants.
- Adapt workouts and offer modifications or progressions based on student needs.
- Build a welcoming, community-driven culture in the studio.
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and studio cleanliness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Required:
- Nationally recognized group fitness certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, ISSA, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of fitness programming and ability to create effective workouts.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide participants.
- Ability to modify workouts to accommodate various fitness levels.
Preferred:
- Experience teaching HIIT, bootcamp, dance cardio, or functional strength classes.
- Background in mobility, injury prevention, or sports performance.
- Social media presence or ability to promote classes.
