We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Fitness Instructor to join our team ASAP! We are hiring for an 8 week (24 class) Desk-2-5K for one of our corporate clients. If you have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct the Boot Camp Class on Tuesday/Thursday evenings from 4:30-5:30 pm and Sunday's from 1-2:00 pm; session begins on Tuesday, March 19th - May 19th (no class the week of April 1st)
- All lessons will be delivered to instructor prior to the 8 week session
- Educate clients on proper exercise form, technique, and safety precautions
- Provide guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals
- Demonstrate exercises and routines to clients and assist them in achieving correct body mechanics
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe and effective exercise programming
- Proficiency in program design for individuals of various fitness levels and goals
- Experience in leading group fitness classes with the ability to motivate and inspire participants
- Ability to educate clients on proper exercise techniques and form, and in keeping with the 2 Health Nuts programming
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide clear instructions
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
Requirements
- Hold a Personal Trainer or Group Fitness certification through a Nationally Accredited Certification (i.e. ACE, ACSM, NASM, etc.)
- Current CPR certification
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in the field
- Be able to adapt and modify to all fitness level
