CrossFit Mile Zero is seeking a coach to join our staff and family. This position requires coaching between 15-20 classes per week, with opportunities for private training, workshops/seminars, and 5 hours per week of administrative duties related to member acquisition and retention. Experience working with a broad array of clients spanning the spectrum in age, physical ability, and fitness is required.
We are looking for a coach who can generate and convert prospective leads, onboard and prepare new members for group classes, and maintain an attentive, ongoing relationship with our existing members. For the right person, this position offers opportunities for income and career growth.
Our ideal candidate is committed to a professional career in coaching, has a CF-L2 at minimum, and has one or more years of experience coaching CrossFit.
CrossFit Mile Zero opened in 2014 with one goal in mind – building better humans. Young, old, beginner, elite, recreational outdoor enthusiast, stay-at-home parent, Duval Street connoisseur…you name it, we have it.
We believe that consistency yields results and strive to do the common, uncommonly well. CrossFit Mile Zero is more than a gym. We look forward to building our body physically and mentally. Embracing our challenges and accomplishing things previously unimaginable together.
The ideal candidate brings value to group classes, personal training, and the coaching team by generously sharing their expertise and knowledge with others, and routinely invests in their personal and professional development through continuing education practices.
Lastly, as a coaching team, we help each other by filling in when needed (beyond the normal schedule), caring for the facility and equipment, offering constructive feedback through coach evaluations, and encouraging one another personally and professionally.
