We are looking to add a full-time coach to our existing team of 5 full-time coaches. Our coaches are responsible for coaching 15-20 group classes per week along with private training and general gym responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a CF-L2 or above, OPEX, or other coaching certification and a minimum of 2 years of coaching/private training experience. Our coaches are dedicated to coaching as a profession.

Candidates with strong writing or video skills to assist with content creation and social media are desired. You must also be committed to our culture of caring for our athletes. We are passionate about changing lives and treat all athletes regardless of age or ability with the same attention to detail and respect.
Our staff and community are tight knit; we work hard, play hard, and have fun together. You will be supportive of your fellow staff, cover classes when needed, and roll up your sleeves for day-to-day tasks such as stocking bathrooms, keeping the gym organized, and cleaning equipment. Coaches are expected to live the lifestyle we promote and invest in our community beyond the gym.
