Job Description
Studio 310 is looking for experienced personal trainers (with at least 3 years experience) to join our roster!
Grow your business by joining our fitness cooperative. Driven by our passion to cultivate a collaborative, healthy community, we offer our fully-equipped facility to personal trainers, who operate as independent contractors, looking to help their clients reach their goals and discover their wellness style!
Trainers operate as independent contractors who share the space. YOU set your pricing options, YOU set your schedule, YOU determine your client load, YOU secure your clients and market your business. The studio is here to provide business support and a space to train.
Trainers in our group are free to train their way and take advantage of tools and resources that help you grow your business such as: marketing coaching as well as GloFox scheduling and billing systems. Other co-op membership benefits include:

Your responsibilities:
- Hold appropriate active certification for your training style (for example: NASM, ACE, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, etc.);
- Carry general liability and professional liability insurance;
- Hold AED/ & CPR certifications;
- As an independent contractor, you are ultimately responsible for growing your business, filling your training slots, securing client testimonials, and implementing the tips and best practices that will help scale your brand awareness;
- Recruiting clients, helping them set goals, and leading and motivating clients through workouts that help them achieve their goals;
- Making sure your clients are using correct form and offering corrections when necessary;
- Willingness to participate in content creation, both for Studio 310 and your personal business, for digital marketing social media platforms
