Are you a coach or an athlete looking for a rewarding career in fitness equipment sales? Advanced Exercise is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to call on the school/athletic market in WA and OR, for sales of fitness equipment and flooring.
Advanced Exercise is the largest commercial exercise equipment distributor in the US and sells the #1 brands of exercise equipment - Life Fitness and Hammer Strength.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with coaches, athletic directors, and other influencers focused on developing fitness facilities for their students and athletes
- Utilize the tools and processes provided by Advanced Exercise to create, propose, support, and install fitness facilities
- Create lead-generation activities and generate referrals
- Manage and grow your territory and achieve company established targets
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience, or experience in coaching and/or running strength and conditioning programs
- Knowledge of the territory, schools, and preferably have some relationships with local coaches and athletic directors
- Understanding of strength training and health and wellness
- Ability to travel to the territory for daily sales calls and shows
- Ability to work with multiple software programs including Salesforce, and the MS Office Suite
Compensation:
- Option 1: Base salary + commission
- Option 2: 100% commission with higher incentive
