We are seeking an amazing part-time Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach who is eager to make this their career or side passion with as much upwards mobility as they want!
We want coaches who are PASSIONATE about helping others, selfless and have had a life changing experience in their own journey. They need to be team driven and humble. We want someone who is eager to help us grow our team, deliver an exciting and effective fitness experience, and provide the best hour to our clients' day. An understanding of CrossFit methodology and have been crossfitting themselves, moves well, high emotional intelligence, passionate with enthusiasm is preferred. For the personal training aspect, ideally you have 1 + years of personal training experience, have an understanding of programming for all ages of clients based on goals ( weight loss, muscle gain) and obtain high emotional intelligence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CrossFit Level 1 Certification (or higher) is required or must be obtained during the training period.
- Personal Training Cert (ACE, NASM etc) is preferred
- CPR/AED certification is required or must be obtained during the training period.

- Passion for coaching and inspiring others
- Ability to adapt to individual member needs and limitations
- 1-4 years of coaching experience
- Strong understanding of the CrossFit methodology
- Self-starter, task-oriented, and able to adapt to ever-changing environments
- Confident in working with athletes at all levels, beginner to advanced
- Detailed oriented
COACHING RESPONSIBILITIES
- CrossFit Coach a min of 5+ hours per week of group fitness classes + Foundations + Admin and PT clients
- Personal Training you have the opportunity to build a book of business based on coaches goals/ business goals
- Clean the facility/ area when finished with coaching based on cleaning guidelines (listed in the company’s Standard Operating Procedures)
- Additional coaching opportunities in personal training, specialty classes & nutrition coaching based on experience.
- Make it the best one hour of our clients day
- Attend coaches meetings and 1:1 sessions
- Attend and help organize community events (Holiday party, Runs, In house comps, etc)
- Weekends on rotation
- Perform administrative and maintenance tasks
