Freedom Martial Arts & Fitness, Inc. located in Los Angeles, where LA (El Sereno), Alhambra, and South Pasadena meet, is looking to hire an instructor for our fitness kickboxing program.
Job Description - Lead Fitness Kickboxing Instructor
The lead fitness kickboxing instructor seeks to develop strength, flexibility, cardiovascular capacity/strength and improve overall technique within students of the fitness kickboxing program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing curriculum, programing lesson plans into our Impact Wrap system, training other instructors, and teaching the fitness kickboxing classes while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all those involved.
Additional responsibilities may include cleaning, signing up new students, checking in students, and/or selling products related to the class on behalf of the studio /Employer (Freedom Martial Arts and Fitness, Inc.) via the existing point of sale system.
Looking for a team player will the inspire current members and grow our program.
Requirements
- Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification (The studio will pay for this certification if not currently held)
- LiveScan/Background check
Schedule
- Tuesday through Saturday: 8m – 9am
- Tuesday and Thursday Evening: 7:30pm – 8:30pm
- Open to someone willing to work all or some of these times.
- Possibility of additional classes as the program grows.
