Job Description

Duties

  • Follow prescribed and detailed workout plans tailored to the client's needs and goals
  • Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques
  • Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness objectives
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust workout plans as needed
  • Guide nutrition and lifestyle choices to complement fitness routines
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
  • Proficiency in gym equipment usage and fitness instruction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
