Tired of making barely above minimum wage? Triple your income by training your clients at Intersect! This is an innovative, co-working concept for personal trainers. We are seeking a self-motivated personal trainer to be part of our Intersect family as an independent contractor. You are free to make your own hours and set your own rates. You will have access to our 24/7 facility via an app. Simply book the space you need (also on the app), and you will be billed for the space you used at the end of each week.
Pay Structure
Personal training rates in the area usually range from $70-120+ per hour (but you can decide what rate you want to charge). Renting space at our facility costs $28/hr to rent . . . allowing you to take home much more than standard personal training rates.
Charge $70 for a 45 minute session? Pay $21 for a 45min space rental and take home $49 for the session.
You may promote your own brand and will be responsible for marketing and aquiring your own clients. If you'd like, you may be added to our trainer directory so that clients can find you through Google! There are many experienced trainers on our team who will be happy to help answer questions about building your business.
There is no non-compete. You are welcome to work elsewhere and also use our facility.
Requirements
- Liability Insurance. We are happy to provide recommendations for purchase if you don't currently have insurance. Rates are about $10-15 per month.
- CPR certification
- Certification in Personal Training from a recognized institution (preferred)
- Clean background check
