Job Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and experienced personal trainer with early morning and evening availability who thrives on helping clients hit their fitness goals and loves working in a high-energy environment. This position offers a range of 4-15 sessions per week with the opportunity to grow and expand.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year in personal training, CrossFit coaching experience preferred. Certifications are dumb if you can't apply them in real life. Talk the talk.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: Availability for early morning and evening sessions is essential. We need someone who can grind in the am and the pm. That is when PT sessions happen!
  • Personality: You’re a true “people person” who can hold a conversation, show professionalism, and build client trust. We want to be able to shoot the shit with you! Don't be too serious but be a total professional.
  • CrossFit Enthusiast: Belief in the CrossFit methodology is a must; you’ll need to follow workout plans and prepare clients for group classes. Looking for someone who knows human movement and can make people move better and hit their goals.
  • Mindset: Alpha mentality; you love to hustle, stay proactive, and bring positive energy every day. No crybabies. Hard workers only.
  • Team Player: Zero tolerance for negative attitudes—be a supportive teammate. We don't gossip or cause drama.
  • Fitness Lover: You don’t just train; you live and breathe fitness. Are you fit?

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one training sessions, ensuring each client feels encouraged, challenged, and successful.
  • Coach clients through proper form and technique, prioritizing safety and results.
  • Prepare clients to transition smoothly into group classes. Most of these clients are new to the CrossFit methodology and looking to join group classes.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and the team to foster a positive community.
  • Show up on time, ready to inspire, coach, and keep up the good vibes!

If you’re a fitness enthusiast with a strong work ethic and a love for CrossFit, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today and join our team in making a real impact on people’s health and fitness journeys. Only apply if you meet the above requirements.
