Job Description

HealthFitness is hiring a part-time (up to 19 hours/week) Personal Trainer at our client site in Racine, Wisconsin (WI)! Our Personal Trainers are true professionals. Their sole responsibility is to design customized workout programs and train our members based on their needs.

Hours: up to 19 hours/wk (# of hours depend on demand)
Availability: weekdays and weekends; Mornings, afternoons or evenings

 

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members participating in the program, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment. Other duties as-needed/assigned.

 

Minimum Requirements:
  • Current NCCA accredited Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.
  • Current Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
  • Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
Compensation: Commission-based position. Pay is dependent on service packages and comes out to approximately $30-$36/hr.
