We're looking for driven and passionate individuals to join our Coaching Team at Catoctin Fitness in Purcellville, VA. The role will primarily focus around assisting members one on one and or in a small group atmosphere.
We primarily brand under a CrossFit gym but have expanded to other types of fitness, including heart rate monitored conditioning, strength/balance classes, hybrid + personal training, kids and youth athletics and a holistic wellness functional training type program.
This position is to join the team of coaches who train in this Studio space.
This is NOT your typical Coaching Position. We are looking for Rockstar Coaches that want to create a lasting career transforming lives through group and 1-on-1 training. This encompasses hands on fitness coaching, lifestyle/nutrition coaching, sales and related administrative duties.
Our ideal candidate is humble, hard-working, and great with people. We want someone who loves being a part of a strong team and enjoys giving and receiving feedback. Knowledge and experience are a plus, but likely not the determining factor.
