Job Description

Lead fitness classes for Capital Health Pre-Natal, Postpartum and Pelvic Floor patients and community members. Responsible for leading patients in a small group environment to enhance overall fitness, strength and endurance. Design workouts to strengthen and prepare the body for the physical demands of labor and delivery and guide our patients after birth with safe and functional movement to build back their core and pelvic floor to support the patient for the physical demands of motherhood.
