What You'll Do:
- Lead small group personal training sessions and larger group fitness classes with a focus on safety, engagement, and exceptional client experiences.
- Apply expert knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and program design to create effective fitness plans tailored to small groups of clients, helping them achieve their goals.
- Promote Evolution Fitness services through strong client relationships and contribute to growing our community.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and positivity in all client interactions, both in and outside of training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in small group and group fitness instruction is essential.
- A deep understanding of physiology, anatomy, and effective fitness programming for small groups is required.
- Flexibility in availability, including morning and evening shifts and occasional weekends, is a must—we need someone who is committed and can adapt to client needs as well as the team's needs.
- Sales experience or the ability to motivate clients to invest in their fitness journey is a big plus.

Position Details:
- Part-Time, Evenings & Morning shifts: 2-3 Evening Shifts from 4:00 PM- 8:00 PM, and 1 Morning Shift between 4:45 AM- 9:00 AM. Flexibility for additional hours based on client demand.
- Competitive Pay: $26-$30 per hour, with potential for growth as you prove your dedication and impact.
