About Us: At Anytime Fitness, we specialize in small group training, helping them build strength, confidence, and longevity. We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Personal Trainer to lead engaging, results-driven sessions in a small group setting (4-6 people). Schedule: Evening shifts 4 PM-8 PM Approximately 12 hours per week (flexible based on availability and demand). Responsibilities: Lead structured Small Group Training (SGT) sessions, ensuring proper form and motivation. Personalize workouts within the group setting to meet individual needs. Create a supportive and encouraging training environment. Educate members on fitness principles, mobility, and strength training techniques. Communicate effectively with clients to track progress and offer guidance. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming training space. Requirements: Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar). CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain). Passion for helping people improve their fitness Experience leading group workouts preferred but not required. Excellent communication and motivational skills.
