- Demo 10 minutes for each class format you are applying for
- You will be demonstrating solo to as if you were teaching a group fitness class
- ***Video submissions are permissible only for SPIN/Cycle format
Components that will be assessed during your recorded demo:
- safety and exercise form cues
- verbal, visual and safety cues
- exercise modifications provided for beginner, intermediate, advanced fitness levels
