I need to hire 2-4 weight loss coaches for my high ticket weight loss coaching program. They need to be certified as a personal trainer (or similar certification) and willing to go through an extensive training on my program and how best to offer support, guidance, and accountability.
I've been in the online weight loss coaching space for almost 30 years and in the past I've always hired success stories of our program who then go on to get certified, as they know what it's like to be overweight and how amazing it feels to be on the other side - and therefor eager to help others do the same... but I currently don't have anyone that's a good fit.
