Hello! I'm Dylan Leo, a passionate individual dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Delaware, and I'm currently pursuing my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Columbia University. My diverse background includes working with individuals of various age groups and activity levels, ranging from young individuals to older adults and sedentary individuals to high-level athletes. Throughout my academic journey and professional experiences, I have honed various skills that contribute to my effectiveness as a personal trainer. These skills include movement analysis, effective goal setting, fostering program adherence, and crafting personalized exercise programs tailored to each client's needs. My mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of my clients by enhancing their health and fitness while instilling habits that lead to lasting lifestyle changes.
